A meeting of Arab coordination was convened at the level of permanent delegates at the General Secretariat's headquarters on 17 April. The session was presided over by the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, currently holding the presidency of the League Council at the ministerial level. The objective was to prepare for the tenth session of the ministerial meeting of the Arab-Chinese Cooperation Forum, scheduled for May 30 2024.
His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Manzalawi, Assistant Secretary-General and head of the International Political Affairs Sector, led the General Secretariat delegation at the meeting. Various topics of significance to Arab nations were deliberated, with a primary focus on the Palestinian cause. It's worth noting that this session coincided with the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Arab-Chinese Cooperation Forum.
