Born in Sudan in 1964, he holds a PhD in Business Administration from Nile University in 2012 and an MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in 2007. He also received a Master's degree in Business Administration from Al-Nilain University in 2008, The bachelor degree was obtained from the University of Khartoum in 1991 with honors.
He was the editor-in-chief of the Al-Masirah newspaper and then director-general of the newspaper during the period 1991-1995. He also served as director general of the National Center for Media Production during the same period. During the period 1995-1999. He then served as Deputy Coordinator and then General Coordinator of the National Service for the period 1999-2001. He then became a member of the Board of Directors of the Knowledge Base for Studies and Research and Al-Fida Foundation for Media Production. .
He was a member of the leadership office, the political sector, the economic sector, the foreign relations sector and a number of other sectoral sectors of the National Conference. He also headed the Cairo office. He received honorary membership in the Egyptian Council for African Affairs. 2003-2013.
Was appointed as Minister of State in the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the period 2011-2012. He was then appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Sudan in Cairo and Permanent Representative to the League of Arab States during 2012-2014. He was appointed Minister of State at the Ministry of Welfare and Social Security for the period 2014-2015. Appointment as Minister of International Cooperation for the period 2015-2016. Finally, at the end of 2016 he was appointed Assistant Secretary General of the League of Arab States for Economic Affairs till now.\
He published a book (Transformational Leadership and Administrative Innovation) on the Arab Organization for Administrative Development (Cairo).
His tenure and his previous services culminated in his awarding him a medal of the highest honors in the Republic of the Sudan by His Excellency President Omar al-Bashir for granting him the Order of the Two Niles of the first class in recognition of what he presented to his country Sudan.
